Contract Role for 12 Month Working Location: Buona Vista or Virtual (Malaysia KL) Working Hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm Basic Salary: 2500-3000 Entitle for 1 month AWS for each 12 month of service (only if based in SG) What\xe2\x80\x99s the role? The Personal Assistant will be working closely with the two senior managers (one in Singapore and one in Dubai) to manage efficiency of time, effective communication and increase productivity. On a wider basis, your role will be the point of contact between executives/senior leaders and internal colleagues globally and within the country and external stakeholders. The primary accountabilities include:
  • Managing the flow of information
  • Handling queries and requests appropriately
  • Maintaining the calendar and optimizing the schedule
  • Organizing internal and external meetings and appointments including arrangements, preparations and reminders
  • Making travel arrangements and travel itineraries
  • Preparing expense claims
  • Support arrangements for VIP guests including information pack and agenda
  • Producing reports, presentations and briefs and taking minutes as required
  • Records management
  • Basic budget/financial management
  • Managing office supplies inventory and corporate giveaways
  • Provide general administrative support
What we need from you?
  • 3-5 years experience in MNC and provide virtual support to manager from different countries ( as one of your reporting manager will based in Dubai, and one in Singapore)
  • Attention to detail and ability to effectively engage and communicate, organize and provide/act on solutions
  • Exemplary planning, organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload
  • High level verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with decision-making skills
  • Experience in successfully influencing/positively collaborating with others
  • Learner Mindset
  • General knowledge of MS Office applications and Sharepoint management and updated on collaboration tools and communication platforms including MS Teams and Yammer
  • Relevant administrative support experience an advantage
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
  • 13th month salary
License/Certification:
  • authorization to work in Singapore without sponsorship (Required)
