Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Personal Assistant: Job Responsibilities
Research, plan, and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, airport transfers, restaurant reservations, and activities.
Create and manage detailed travel schedules.
Prepare and obtain necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and travel insurance.
Liaise with travel providers, airlines, and hotels to confirm arrangements and address travel issues.
Manage the CEOs calendar, organize meetings, handle email correspondence, prepare expense claims, and perform data entry.
Oversee pantry management, liaise with facility management and IT departments, manage company IT assets, assist in onboarding new employees, coordinate company gifting logistics, and arrange meeting logistics.
Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Perform any other duties assigned by the CEO or other heads of departments.
Job Requirements:
Diploma with 3-5 years of relevant experience in office administration, preferably in the finance or travel industry.
Proven experience in travel planning.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
Presentable, confident, and detail-oriented, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
High level of integrity, ability to work independently, and a collaborative team player.
Additional Information:
Salary: Up to SGD 3,500 + AWS + VB (1 - 2 Months)
Working Location: Newton
Working Hours: 5 Days Work, Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm
