We are seeking a bubbly and organised Personal Assistant to support our Director. This role is perfect for proactive, detail-oriented candidates with great communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare weekly meeting slides with sales report data.
Manage and organise the Director's Google Calendar and Google Drive.
Create and update materials using Canva or Microsoft Office for presentations and reports.
Make calls to schedule appointments for the Director.
Communicate clearly with internal and external team members.
Requirements:
Local Diploma or higher (required).
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work well in a team.
Strong time management skills.
Bubbly, friendly personality.
