We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive

Personal Assistant to the CEO

who will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations and strategic priorities of our Chief Executive Officer. This role requires a high level of discretion, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to travel with the CEO for business engagements, meetings, and events both domestically and internationally.





Key Responsibilities:



Manage and coordinate the CEO's schedule, meetings, and appointments. Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and handle follow-ups as needed. Arrange complex travel itineraries and ensure all logistics are seamless. Accompany the CEO on business trips and events to provide on-site support. Handle confidential documents and information with utmost discretion. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and business correspondence. Support personal and professional tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital productivity tools.
