Personal Assistant To Director

Job Description

This is a key support role working directly with our director. You will help with scheduling, communication, and coordination--making sure the Director has the headspace to focus on big-picture decisions. We are looking for someone discreet, dependable, and organised.

Your responsibilities will include:



Managing the Director's calendar, meetings, and travel Drafting and responding to correspondence when needed Preparing meeting notes, reports, and presentation decks Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders Handling confidential matters professionally Occasionally assisting with personal admin/logistics

We would love to work with someone who:



Has a local Diploma or Degree in any field 1 -2 years secretarial experience (preferred but not required) Is reliable, efficient, and detail-oriented Communicates clearly and professionally (written and spoken) Is comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Has a strong sense of ownership and respect for confidentiality
