Job Responsibilities:



Provide full administrative support to the management team Handle day-to-day administrative duties and documentation Support the Directors in daily operations and project coordination Manage calendars, scheduling meetings and sending reminders Coordinate closely between office and project site supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and communication Follow up on material deliveries, equipment requests and manpower deployment Communication effectively with Project site supervisors to ensure clear understanding of project instructions and updates

Job Requirements:



Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Basic understanding of landscape workflow and project site operations is an advantage Good communication skills (able to liaise with Indian supervisors and site teams) Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of the team Strong coordination and time management skills to prioritize tasks under pressure Highly organized, detail-oriented * Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
