Responsibilities

• Assist the live streamer in preparing for and managing beauty product live streaming sessions. * Coordinate travel and logistics for market expansion into Malaysia. * Manage daily schedules, appointments, and commitments efficiently. * Handle administrative tasks, including emails, documentation, and reporting. * Engage with online audiences during live sessions and provide real-time support. * Research beauty products and market trends to enhance content quality. * Liaise with brands, suppliers, and business partners to support collaboration opportunities. * Ensure all necessary equipment and materials for streaming are set up and maintained. * Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. * Strong interest in beauty products and live streaming trends. * Willingness to travel frequently between Singapore and Malaysia. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities. * Flexible working hours, mainly evenings and some weekends. * Proficient in social media platforms and digital marketing. * Ability to work independently and take initiative.
