Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Secretarial and administrative to support GM\'s daily work

\xc2\xb7 Prioritize all calls, mails and correspondences

\xc2\xb7 Assist in organizing company events

\xc2\xb7 Manage and maintain GM\'s appointment

\xc2\xb7 Record minutes of meetings and attend to personal matters of GM and family
