Job Summary



We are looking for well-organized, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative and logistical support to senior management.


The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive office, handling day-to-day administrative duties, coordinating schedules, and supporting official meetings.



Key Responsibilities



Manage daily calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and official events. Handle travel arrangements and related logistics for senior officials. Prepare meeting materials, reports, correspondence, and presentations as required. Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation in accordance with organizational standards. Process expense claims, invoices, and administrative forms in a timely and accurate manner. Support the organization and execution of conferences, delegations, and official visits.

Requirements

Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office productivity tools. * High level of professionalism, responsibility, and attention to detail.
