Personal Care Officer (home, Overnight Shift)

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate the daily care and well-being of residents. Design and implement programmes and activities to enhance residents' quality of life. Compile and submit monthly reports on resident interviews and progress. Ensure all equipment within the Home is properly maintained and in good working condition. Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards across the Home's premises.
Requirements:
Holder of a Diploma or GCE 'A' Level. Relevant social service experience will be advantageous. Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Able to follow and comply with the Home's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while performing duties.
