Job Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with the employer\'s standards for all prepared and served food.
Monitor the delivery of ingredients, checking for expiry dates and assessing ingredient freshness.
Regularly inspect and manage stock levels.
Demonstrate and maintain proper food safety and hygiene practices consistently.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience as a personal chef or in starting and managing a restaurant business will be considered.
Familiarity with Chinese Cuisine, including Cantonese, Fujian, and Minnan cuisine, will be given special consideration.

Location: CBD Area 6 days work week; 9am-7:30pm
