Job Overview:

The Personal Driver is responsible for transporting my client and other authorized personnel to various locations safely and efficiently. This role requires excellent driving skills, a good understanding of local traffic laws, and the ability to maintain the employer's confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the employer and authorized personnel to specified locations in a safe and timely manner. Safely transport children to and from school, ensuring punctuality and adherence to designated routes. Assist with grocery runs, including driving to and from supermarkets or markets, helping with loading and unloading, and ensuring all required household items are purchased and delivered accurately and promptly. Maintain the employer's vehicles, ensuring they are clean, serviced, and in good working condition. Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs or servicing when needed. Assist with carrying or transporting luggage, packages, and other items as required. Ensure the employer's privacy and confidentiality at all times. Assist with minor tasks and errands as requested by the employer. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Only Singaporean candidates will be considered, as the client is a foreigner and requires a driver with local knowledge for day-to-day tasks and errands. Valid Singapore driving licence with a clean driving record. Minimum 3 years of experience as a personal or professional driver. Knowledge of local traffic laws and road regulations. Ability to navigate using GPS and other mapping tools. Strong organizational skills with a focus on punctuality and reliability. Ensure the company vehicle is parked at the owner's residence daily. Arrange personal transportation to and from the employer's house. Excellent communication skills and a courteous demeanour. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. Able to commit from Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, with occasionally needing over time.
