Job Description

• Perform data analysis on the operations KPI, monitor the improvement and follow up with the respective team in charge.
• Ensure that the operations KPI are updated for review on a weekly basis for the entire group
• Assist the Planning & OPEX Manager on developing the capability of the service team to support improvement projects.
• Assist the Planning & OPEX Manager on support and conducting STP/ STH and other new application training for the service team.
• In addition, provide the planning team with support when they encounter challenges.
• Assist the Planning & OPEX Manager on rolling out new projects, for example, tech sales app. Included the data processing for tech sales selling list (sent to HR for payroll) and support on tech sales training.
• Extract and process the vehicle mileage data, update finance on a weekly basis.
• Monitoring the pestConnect status
• Ensuring operation team time on site & ghost visits
• Generating the SDS report after specialized disinfection job.
• Attend other work duties as may be assigned from time to time by OD & Planning & OPEX Manager

Requirements

• No experience with Diploma or degree in data analysis or business statistics are welcome to apply
• Must be willing to travel to site (customer place)
• Posses good organization skills, meticulous, resourceful and able to multi-task
• Posses excellent spoken and written communication skills
