Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, schedule, and coordinate the work of pest control technicians
Ensure all pest control services are completed efficiently and professionally
Conduct quality checks and follow up on complex service issues
Train and guide technicians on safety procedures, application methods, and customer service
Maintain accurate service records, reports, and inventory of materials
Communicate effectively with clients and respond to inquiries or complaints
Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and safety standards
Requirements:
Proven experience in pest control (preferably with supervisory or team lead experience)
ITE-NEA Certificate in Pest Management certification is the MUST
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage a team
Good understanding of pest control methods, equipment, and safety protocols
