We are a dog care and grooming business, our shop is designed for dogs to play, socialize, and groom in a safe and clean environment offering convenience and flexibility to dog owners. Our services include daycare abd dog grooming. Our team members will thrive to be compassionate caregivers to our furkids guests and exceptional communicators to their owners. Furlicity is run by groomers and car technicains with more than 40 years of combined experience in vet nursing, pet grooming and pet care.

Furlicity is a dog care and grooming centre and we are now looking for a highly motivated and passionate Apprentice Daycare technician(s) to join our team! The roles will involve learning with a mentor about the supervising groups of dogs and managing their behaviours, providing canine enrichment, cleaning, retail activities, creating media content and updates for our clients, managing bookings, building and maintaining rapport with our pet owners and within the team. The Basic Minimum Requirements for Apprenticeship

• Share our passion and love for dogs, always putting the dogs safety and wellbeing first. You must love dogs!
• Some dog handling experience is required, ideally a dog owner
• Fit and able to work long days on your feet
• High level of communication and empathetic in nature
• A desire to learn, or aspiration to continue your development with canine behaviour and psychology
• Good video editing and photography skills ideal
