Pet Retail Assistant

Job Description
We are looking for a pet shop retail assistant that has a positive attitude and is willing to learn, to join our team! Most importantly you must love pets (particularly dogs), as we are mainly dealing with pets!Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the retail pet shop
- Serve customers and provide information on products
- Operate cash register and manage payments
- Stocktaking, replenishing stocks & receiving stocks
- Promoting of products
- Handle customer complaints and feedback
- Handling grooming customer records
- Manage shop hotline - answer customer queries, grooming appointments etc
- Preparing/packing of orders for online shopping platforms
- Maintain shop cleanliness
- To be a team player and have a customer service oriented attitude
- Good communication skills (preferable to bilingual in english & mandarin)
- Able to work retail hours (6 days per week, except Tuesday)
- Relevant experience will be advantageous, otherwise we can train you if you have a willing to learn attitude
