Our Role:
The candidate will be given an opportunity to work in Portfolio Management team, which manages the Core Open End Fund. The fund invests in key real estate markets in the Asia Pacific such as Australia, China, Japan, Singapore and South Korea. Through the course of internship, the candidate will be given an introduction to commercial real estate investment concepts and processes in contemporary portfolio management.
Your Impact:
Assist in the preparation of all fund documents, presentations and deliverables, such as quarterly reporting, marketing pitchbook updates, request for proposals (RFP) and investor due diligence questionnaires. This responsibility will entail coordination with other functional groups, including Fund Operations, Business Development and Client Services.
Assist in the evaluation of new acquisitions/depositions made by the Fund. This responsibility includes reviewing financial analysis and preparing asset information packets, while coordinating with other functional groups, including Transactions and Asset Management.
Assist in the submission of the GRESB 2023 survey for Environmental, Social and Governance benchmarking.
Provide support for the updating of fund reporting models and workflow efficiency initiatives.
Address any other ad-hoc duties required by the Portfolio Management team.
Your Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficient in key finance and accounting concepts
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and Powerpoint
Independent thinking and disciplined work ethic
Good writing skills and strong attention to detail
