Global Real Estate Securities is a team within PGIM Real Estate that manages funds investing in listed real estate shares. The team is seeking an Investment Vice President who will work with the global team and be responsible for company analysis and supporting the management of our Asia REIT equities portfolio within the Global Real Estate Securities team. The ideal candidate will perform company financial and real estate analyses and forecasting, support portfolio creation and optimization and assist with client marketing and reporting. About the Role: The Investment Vice President position will be located in Asia and support the Global Real Estate Securities team in analysing Asia listed real estate companies and in making portfolio investment recommendations for the funds in the PGIM Global Real Estate Securities strategies. Key Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Company financial modelling, creation of NAV model and company price target
• Supporting stock selection
• Generating trading ideas
• Maintaining and monitoring various portfolio and security models
• Supporting portfolio optimization
• Working with sell-side analysts
• Attending property tours and industry conferences
• Preparing and generating ideas for pitch books
• Client reporting and portfolio analysis, including attribution analysis
• Internal (and external) marketing presentations
• Assisting with preparation of RFP\xe2\x80\x99s

Primary Skills, Qualifications and Requirements include:

• A capable and enthusiastic individual who is a self-starter, able to work under pressure and comfortable with taking the initiative.
• The candidate should have sufficient and relevant experience in the investment industry, either on the buy-side or sell-side.
• Work experience in the listed real estate sector is required.
• Undergraduate university degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential. Must have confident/fluent command of spoken and written English.
• High degree of proficiency in Windows, Bloomberg, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential (spreadsheets and databases, some knowledge of macros is preferred)
• Detailed knowledge of financial accounting, financial modelling and statistical analysis is also necessary.
• Ability to perform well both within a team environment and independently.
