Pharma Warehouse Executive (Supply Chain/ Logistics/ BioTech)Duration: 12 Months Contract

Salary : Up to $6000 depending on experienceOur client is a fully integrated, global immunotherapy powerhouse who have been working on automated and digitized processes and build continuously capabilities for specialized manufacturing, either for individualized vaccines or for large-scale products like COVID-19 vaccine.Job Purpose

• Responsible for setting up and overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, efficient inventory management and support in SAP implementation at Singapore manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Management: Overseeing all warehouse operations including inbound, storage, issuing to production, and outbound. Support in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Work Procedures for warehouse activities to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• SAP Implementation Support : Actively supporting in roll out of SAP S4 Hana in Singapore, store to ship module implementation.
• Inventory Control and Optimization: Monitoring inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excess stock. Track stock movements, perform reconciliations and ensure stock accuracy.
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinating with logistics partners, carriers, and freight forwarders to arrange timely and cost-effective transportation of goods. Ensuring compliance with transportation regulations and overseeing the proper documentation for shipping and receiving.
• Quality Control and Assurance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
• Supply Chain Collaboration: Collaborating with planners for effectively planning and executing inbound and outbound operations. Working closely with production teams to align warehouse activities with production schedules and support smooth operations.
• Continuous Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains in warehouse and logistics operations. Implementing best practices, lean principles, and automation solutions to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Technology Utilization: Leveraging warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology tools to optimize warehouse processes, track inventory, and improve overall efficiency.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Ensuring the implementation and enforcement of safety protocols to create a safe work environment for warehouse staff and visitors. Conducting regular safety training and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of warehousing and logistics operations; ideally with 5+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries
• Great desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving procedures
• Experience in working with SAP and SAP implementation
• An understanding of GxP process and procedures
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Science or Supply Chain disciplines
