As a one-stop e-pharmacy, GRX is on a mission to seamlessly merge convenience, cost savings, and care to simplify the medication journey for caretakers, patients with chronic illnesses, and working adults.JOB TITLEPharmaceutical Marketing and Business Management InternJOB PURPOSEAs a Pharmaceutical Marketing and Business Management Intern , you will carry out a defined and dedicated responsibility, supporting and directly reporting to the Corporate Strategy Development Lead and Director.Through this internship, you will play a crucial role working together with the management team\xe2\x80\x99s corporate initiatives \xe2\x80\x93 including, but not limited to, strategic planning, product launches, and external communication efforts in a local pharmaceutical company. This position offers you the opportunity to work with customers to better understand their needs; aligning our products and services to fulfil those needs. You will also be managing PR relations through the use of digital marketing, raising awareness on diseases, pharmacists and e-pharmacies. We seek out an intern who is a team player with excellent communication and writing skills, as well as one who is social-media savvy.MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESSpecific ResponsibilitiesUnder mentorship and guidance from the Corporate Strategy Developmental Lead and Director, the intern shall participate and contribute to: * Assist in the launching of new products, and evaluate launch, and implementation plans for both internal or external stakeholders.

• Communicate messages creatively and effective both for internal and external stakeholders\' discussions.
• Assist in educating the public on new products and working with media agencies.
• Be a part of the department\'s branding efforts and work with a team to strengthen public awareness and trust in the company\'s services and products.
• Meeting and engaging customers to align our products and services with their needs.
• Assist with social media marketing and content creation for the company Instagram, Facebook, and Tiktok

General Responsibilities

• Copywriting and posting of articles on our corporate Linkedin account and websites.
• Copywriting to improve SEO optimisation for our various websites with health and wellness-related topics.
• Working with external PR firms to prepare media kits.
• Assist Corporate Strategy Developmental Lead in documentation and project deliverables.
• Assis in launch team evaluation.
• Assisting with Sales and Marketing needs.
• Drafting of HR policies/handbook
• Post permanent and internship openings on job search sites.
• Provide support to the team\'s programme/initiatives as necessary.
• Assist in social media management and content creation for posts and videos.
• Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimal commitment to a 6-month internship.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in social science, and related courses.
• And/Or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in science, pharmacy, and related courses.
• Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written) and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace is a must.
• Has had exposure to social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
