Job Description

Our Client is a stable and growing Pharma Company looking for experienced candidates to head their QA operations and manage a QA team.

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Plan, lead and direct operations of the QA operations group

\xc2\xb7 Staff members to be reviewed at regular intervals to ensure performance is tracked against agreed objectives

\xc2\xb7 Measure and improve productivity of the QA team and report progress to management executive team via metrics

\xc2\xb7 Ensure QA expenditure in is consistent with plan

\xc2\xb7 Conduct due diligence checks, evaluate batch documentation and ensure overall systems, products and processes to meet quality and relevant regulatory requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Lead the development and implementation of quality initiatives to address product, process and system inadequacies to achieve continual quality improvement objectives

\xc2\xb7 Maintain QMS eg. Change control, deviations, CAPA, customer complaints etc.

\xc2\xb7 Conduct internal and external audits as required

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 At least 8-10 years of quality assurance working experience in pharmaceutical industry

\xc2\xb7 Degree in pharmacy, or relevant discipline.

\xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of GMP in the pharmaceutical industry

\xc2\xb7 Motivated and driven personality
