Responsibilities:
Conduct due diligence checks, evaluate batch documentation and ensure overall systems, products and processes to meet quality and relevant regulatory requirements.
Ensure that all batch documents, packaging instructions, product quality testing and specifications and product releases are executed, managed, and maintained
Perform quality activities and resolve issues to support the continuous supply of commercial products in compliance to applicable regulatory authority and the company's global/release requirements.
Lead the development and implementation of quality initiatives to address product, process and system inadequacies to achieve continual quality improvement objectives
Provide support for the QA oversight/management for the development, implementation, and maintenance of QMS eg. Change control, deviations, CAPA, customer complaints etc.
Provide/support QA oversight for the management of all relevant regulatory inspections or certification audits
Requirements:
At least 5-7 years of quality assurance working experience in pharmaceutical/ medical devices industry
Degree or diploma in pharmacy, or relevant discipline.
Experience in Audit, QA Batch Management, experience in Regional Distribution Centre (RDC) QA operations, Complaints management, CAPA/RCA (Root Cause Analysis) management
Possess knowledge of regulatory standards related to GMP, GDP, RDC - PIC/S, ICH, ISO 13485 and cold chain management.
Motivated and driven personality with the ability to adapt to ambiguity
