Description
- Carry out dispensing according to Good Dispensing Practice
- Interacts with patient and family members, and healthcare team counsel patients on drug therapy and usage
- Verify discrepancies in prescriptions with clinicians
- Identify, resolve and prevent drug related problems through checking of prescriptions for over dosage, drug interactions, allergies and intervene when necessary
- Maintain the correct charging of medications to patients and retail customers and daily closing of accounts
- Ensure accurate and timely distribution / supplies of pharmaceuticals to all requesting departments or hospital
- Possess a valid licensure as pharmacist in Singapore
- Minimum a Bachelor\'s Degree in Pharmacy
- Preferably with at least 1 year\'s relevant working experience in the related field
- Good patient relation and communication skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Work well independently and in a team
