Job Responsibilities
- Involve in clinical services (attend ambulatory services & multidisciplinary rounds)
- Provide drug information to respective healthcare personnel in the organization
- Provide support for the development of drug information resources for healthcare professionals
- Oversee the work of pharmacy technician and assistant
- Involve in quality improvement and safety activities within the department
- Min Degre/ Master in Clinical Pharmacy
- Fully registered with Singapore Pharmacy Council
- Min 2-3 years of experience in clinical pharmacy setting is an added advantage
- Good communication, organization and problem-solving skills
