Assure completeness and appropriateness of medication order before preparing and permitting the distribution or dispensing. Provide medication-use education to patient and caregivers. Check accuracy of the work of pharmacy technical and clerical personnel or others in accordance with institutional/departmental policies and procedures. Assist pharmacist in-charge in supervising and scheduling work of subordinate staff in the pharmacy. Ensure the continuity of pharmaceutical care to and from the acute and ambulatory patient care settings. Provide concise, applicable, and timely responses to requests for drug information from health care providers and patients. Ensure accurate charging and collection of fees at the pharmacies. Perform drug ordering and maintains sufficient stock for patients' needs. Participate in process for assessing, managing and reporting medication errors. Participate in departmental performance improvement program. Collect and prepare workload statistics and other reports as assigned by Senior Pharmacists/Pharmacy Manager. Perform any duties as assigned by Pharmacy Manager. Requirement Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy) or equivalent and must complete the one-year pharmacist
