Job Description
You are responsible to dispense accurately, provide health management advice, duty of care and customer service excellence to our patients.
- Prepare medication by reviewing and interpreting doctors\' orders, detecting incompatibilities
- Liaise with doctors and nurses in issue related to patients\' medication
- Provide counselling and dispensing of medication, teaching and providing information on medication to patients
- Maintains proper inventory for all medication
- A registered Pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council
- Degree from a School of Pharmacy recognized by the Singapore Pharmacy Council
- Experience as a Pharmacist in relevant clinical settings will be an advantage
- Salary: $40 per hour to $55 per hour
- Day shift
