Job Description
COMPANY OVERVIEWOur client, a specialist centre in the central part of Singapore is now seeking an experienced Clinical Outpatient Pharmacist.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carry out dispensing according to Good Dispensing Practice
- Interacts with patient and family members, and healthcare team counsel patients on drug therapy and usage.
- Verify discrepancies in prescriptions with clinicians.
- Identify, resolve and prevent drug related problems through checking of prescriptions for over dosage, drug interactions, allergies and intervene when necessary.
- Maintain the correct charging of medications to patients and retail customers and daily closing of accounts.
- Ensure accurate and timely distribution / supplies of pharmaceuticals to all requesting departments or hospital.
- Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy
- Holds a valid full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council
- Preferably 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience
- Well-mannered and cheerful disposition
- Good patient relation and communication skills
- Service oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly adaptable and independent as well as a team player.
