Job Description
Job duties & responsibilities:
- Provide safe and accurate medication dispensing and comprehensive medication education to patients and caregivers
- Perform medication reviews and interventions to prevent and/or resolve drug-related problems with appropriate therapeutic recommendations to enable safe and cost-effective medication therapy
- Assist in the supervision of pharmacy technicians/assistants in routine patient care activities in outpatient pharmacy
- Assist in the clinical education of students, trainees, healthcare professionals, and/or pharmacy technicians/assistants
- Participate in research and/or quality improvement activities in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent)
- Registered Pharmacist with Singapore Pharmacy Council
- Newly registered pharmacists are welcome to apply
- Clinical practice experience of at least 3 to 8 years will be considered for senior position
