Job Description

• Process payments at the cashier point accurately and efficiently.
• Top up retail products into the shelves in the retail area. Ensure products are arranged on the shelves according to the Standard Merchandising Guideline.
• Price products accurately for sale at the retail pharmacy
• Handle customer enquiries relating to retail products professionally, according to the Care Service Standard
• Responsible for the management of inventory.
• Responsible for the proper merchandising and conditions of the products
• Maintain the cleanliness of the pharmacy and areas where retail products are stored
• Monitor the expiry dates and the inventory stock level of retail products in the pharmacy
• Responsible for weekly order of surgical items from Material Management Department (MMD).
• Participate in projects and others task assigned by supervisor.

• Minimum education: GCE\'O\' level and above
• Possess good customer skills
• Able to understand and use the in-house computer programmes
• Able to function effectively as a member of a team
• Able to reflect his/her ability in making sensible judgement through his/her daily work
• Able to reflect his/her team work, spirit, appropriate attitude through his/her daily interaction with people
