Pharmacy Tech (barcode Pharmacy)

Job Description
You will be responsible for performing redressing, inventory and distribution services for Barcode Pharmacy as well as conducting drug storage check for patient care locations in TTSH.Main duties
- Operate Unit Dose Packaging System to repackage medication into barcoded unit dose. Ensure proper functioning of pharmacy equipment and automation system processes.
- Conduct Quality Control Check on repackaged drugs
- Conduct Drug Storage Audit Check in patient care areas and report findings to stakeholders.
- Plan and allocate bin in Automated Dispensing Cabinets to ensure medication safety
- Perform inventory management in Barcode Pharmacy & Automated Dispensing Cabinets , e.g. ordering, drugs distribution , expiry date tracking and discrepancies reconciliation
- Ensure medication safety in repackaging process and drug storage aspects.
- GCE \xe2\x80\x9cN\xe2\x80\x9d or \xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d or \xe2\x80\x9cA\xe2\x80\x9d level or non-Pharmacy Diploma or non-Pharmacy Degree holder with Certified Pharmacy Technician Course from Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore or other recognized institution or
- Recognized Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science holder or
- Non-registrable Degree in Pharmacy holder.
