Job Description
The Pharmacy Technician is responsible for the preparation and supply of medications under Changi Medical Facility in Singapore Prisons.
Responsibilities:
- Inventory control including stock requisition from materials management and disposal of expired/damaged drugs
- Packing and supply of medications
- Maintenance and simple trouble shooting of dispensing machine
- Respond to simple drug enquiries and escalating more complex enquiries to the pharmacists
- Assisting the pharmacist and Cluster Pharmacy-In-Charge in any other related function when necessary
- Other assigned duties.
- GCE 'O' level with certificate in Pharmacy Technician Course and/or a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or its equivalent
- Pleasant disposition with good communication skills
- Meticulous and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
