Job Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day operational activities, including packing medications that are prescribed by our telemedicine doctors accurately and arranging deliveries of medications to patients.
Work closely with operations team, and delivery partners to ensure that the medications are delivered smoothly and timely.
Handle patient\xe2\x80\x99s enquiries and feedback and provide service recovery when necessary
Ensure accurate and prompt claims submissions to government agencies and corporate partners
Manage inventory and replenish of medications and consumable items.
To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science, or a recognised dispensing certificate
Ability to work on rotating shift
