Staff Nurse: SNB valid, min 2 years of phlebotomy experience
Enrolled Nurse: SNB Valid, have phlebo cert, min 2 years of phlebotomy experience
Phlebotomist: Must have phlebo cert, min 2 years of phlebotomy experience
