Job Description
The Phone Banker (CSR) will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.Responsibilities include:
- To handle both inbound and outbound calls.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Escalates cases that need further action to the US Department.
- Checks accuracy and completeness of data.
- 1 year or more of work experience handling international voice account/s, preferably financial.
