We are hiring for Photo & Video Editor role for our Australian client. This is fixed Mondays- Fridays. 6AM-2PM/ 7AM-3PM. This is a full time, independent contract and remote role. Please see below details: Job Requirements:PHOTOSHOP SKILLS
-Ability to work with Raw Imagery to apply mass adjustments in either Bridge or Lightroom to PS final edit
-Deep-Etching & masking
-Colour correction and colour matching skills (Example : if I edit an image to the clients' requirements, I will send this in as an example and the editor can match the batch)
-Use of cleaning tools for dust spot removal, removal of negative items in an image & cloning
-HDR Merging or the ability to blend 5 exposures naturally into 1
-Focus stacking
-Sky Replacement - Cloudy to Sunny blue skies or adding twilights to boring twilight skies
-Real Estate editing skills - Required for high quality architecture edits for Club renovations
-Understanding Colour casting & colour adjustments/curves & values
-Good Noise reduction software for Dark event shots where flash is prohibited and knowing how much to usePREMIERE PRO SKILLS
-A good understanding of video editing as an all rounder
-Frame rate knowledge of Input, project and export settings
-Lumetri knowledge
-Colour grading
-Raw & Slog/Clog & Lut usage
-Ratios & project cropping without loss of integrity
-AUDIO syncing
-Audio enhancements such as Para EQ + Multiband Compression + Enhancement + Noise & Reverb management + ----------Balancing
-Stereo V Audio
-Audio peaking management
-24bit Audio V 32Bit float
-Masking by tracking & keyframing manually
-Parallel corner pinning & motion tracking
-Warp stabilizer understanding
-Access to SFX & LFX libraries
-Overlays and Screen knowledge for flares & filters
-Essential Graphics Panel usage
-Access to Australian Licensed music platforms
-Music search requests - where a client may need a certain style of music - this can take a very long time so having someone who can do music research for me would be amazing and can literally saves hours a week. They can search as a guest but we purchase the item once approved through my license
-Time remapping & speed management
-Use of basic effects such as dissolves & fades
-Use of templates & plugins
-File output knowledge such as ProRes 422 v AVI v Mov as examplesAFTER EFFECTS SKILLS (NOT PRIORITY)
-After Effects understanding
-Use of MOGRT files
-Essential Graphics Panel usage & mod
-Basic PNG, EPS or PSD File usage to animate logos
-Creating and working with alpha channels for transparent BG files
-Basic animation
