Job Description

Roles and Responsibility:

• Consulting with clients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms.

• Conduct physical exam and evaluation, including a health history and certain testing procedures, including evaluation of posture, movement and flexibility, and of muscle and joint motion and performance

• Diagnosing movement dysfunctions and developing a treatment plan.

• Teaching clients how to properly use therapeutic exercise techniques.

• Providing therapeutic therapies or massage to promote recovery / correction.

• Outlining clear goals for clients and the expected outcomes of the plan.

• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury.

• Recording clients’ progress and modifying the plan of care if needed.

• Educating clients and family members about the recovery process

• Provide face-to-face or online / virtual presentations as required.

• Contribute to social media content/marketing.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.
  

Requirements:

• Min relevant diploma, bachelor degree or equivalent

• Min 1 year relevant experience

• Compassion and empathy for clients, who are often in pain.

• Attention to detail regarding a client’s problems to analyze what they need to ease their pain and to prevent further injury.

• Physical stamina to lift clients and hours standing and modeling exercises.

• Interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and motivate them.

• Communication skills to interact clearly with doctors and family members as well as clients.
  

Remuneration Rotating Shifts, includes Weekends and some Public Holidays Gross work week of 5.5 Days Working Hour: Retail Hours Salary Range: $2,200 - $3,000 Work Location: Around Singapore
