Aurex is a specialized headhunting firm with a distinct specialization across the physical commodities industry covering all segments of the natural resources from Oil to Metals, and Agriculture. John is a specialized physical commodities headhunter and has spent over half a decade working exclusively within drybulk, particularly in the agricultural and soft commodities industry covering the front office and supporting functions across products such as wheat, corn, soybeans, meal, pulses, NGFIs, coffee, cocoa, sugar, dairy, and palm.

As interest within the physical agricultural commodities market continues to remain strong and may grow in 2023, there remains a high level of demand for both junior and experienced commercial talent, and potential new-joiners (both with and without existing exposure to the industry) who have strong interest within the physical ags and softs.

On a highly confidential basis, we are keen to have conversations with:

• Existing talent keen to confidentially explore the opportunities available in the market across multiple levels of seniority, from entry to senior trader / trading manager levels, across multiple product complexes.
• Interested applicants with experience in feed and food procurement, sales and marketing, agricultural derivatives, aquaculture, logistics \xe2\x80\x93 container and drybulk, commodities brokering.
