Job Description
- Work with patients over a period to identify and treat their physical problems
- Help patients\xe2\x80\x99 rehabilitation following accidents, injury and strokes
- Educate patients and their carers about how to prevent and/or improve conditions
- Keep up to date with new techniques and technologies available for treating patients
- diagnosing, assessing and treating problems
- Encouraging exercise and movement
- Keeping reports on patients and their progress
- Liaising with other healthcare professionals to encourage a holistic approach to treatment
- Diploma / Degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
- Full Registration with AHPC
