Job Overview
As a
Physiotherapist
, you will play a key role in helping seniors regain mobility and independence after illness or surgery. You will assess, plan, and treat residents with various disabilities, set person-centered goals, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal care.Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop rehabilitation plans for residents. Treat physical impairments to restore mobility, function, and independence. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and collaborate with other healthcare professionals. Provide training and mentorship to therapy staff and other healthcare team members. Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and service standards.
Requirements
Degree in Physiotherapy or related discipline. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Google Suite Applications. Open to working at different locations
