Responsibilities

: " About The Role Seeking experienced physiotherapists with passion to serve in the community, to provide physical rehabilitation and return-to-work services for clients with physical disability. Responsibilities: (1) Assess physical and functional status and needs of clients with physical limitations resulting from stroke, traumatic brain injury, amputation and various neuromuscular conditions (2) Design and provide evidence-based and client-centred interventions (individual and groups) in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team to improve client ability in functional domains, so as to promote reintegration to home, work and society (3) Work collaboratively with a dynamic multi-disciplinary team to provide clinically effective service to achieve client health and vocational goals (4) Educate clients families and employers about how to accommodate and support clients in their rehabilitation (5) Ensure comprehensive documentation where all relevant information related to client care is recorded and available to all members of the multi-disciplinary team (6) Perform field work involving visits to healthcare institutions, home and worksite visits to support clients transition into employment and the community (7) Conduct public education and outreach for programmes and services Candidate Requirements Technical Competencies: (1) Recognised degree in Physiotherapy and full registration with Allied Health Professions Council (2) At least 3 years of work experience in a hospital setting experience in working with population with neurological conditions would be an advantage Core Competencies: (1) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (2) Strong organisational and interpersonal skills (3) Able to work in a team and independently Preferred achievements / characteristics: Only short-listed candidates will be contacted for an interview.
