Job Description
We are looking for a Physiotherapist to join our team of Allied Professionals to improve the quality of life of persons with special needs through effective physiotherapy services so that they can achieve their highest level of independence and lead thriving lives. The physiotherapist provides high quality therapy and intervention programmes to enable students with special needs to reach the maximum potential and equip staff / caregivers with techniques that will enhance the student's development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing quality clinical services to our clients
- Proactively participate in service improvement to provide effective and client-centric service to achieve best client outcomes
- Develop self and staff, engaging in reflective practice and professional and personal development
- Degree or post-graduate qualification in physiotherapy from a recognised university and eligible for registration under the Allied Health Professions Act.
- Relevant knowledge and experience in working with children and youth with special needs and a wide range of disabilities.
- 13th month AWS + performance bonus + competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience
- Training and development as well as coaching and guidance
- Care for staff wellbeing, such as self-care leave and family-care leave, on top of annual leave
