? Principal Purpose
Your role will be crucial in ensuring that quality physiotherapy services are delivered in alignment with our vision, mission, and strategic objectives. You will focus on core fundamental skills for assessment and therapy to meet the needs of patients in primary care, providing comprehensive, coordinated and continuing care that complements services of other health professionals. You will deliver appropriate end-to-end person-centred physiotherapy care through assessment, care planning, intervention and care evaluation.

? Key Responsibilities: * Clinical

• Perform comprehensive physiotherapy assessments using biopsychosocial approach
• Provide evidence-based interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, electrotherapy, and functional training
• Deliver patient and caregiver education for optimal self-management
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with healthcare team members
• Participate in multidisciplinary care and make appropriate referrals
• Engage in quality improvement and research activities
• Education and Administration

• Supervise therapy assistants and conduct training programmes
• Deliver educational talks and develop patient materials
• Manage inventory and support administrative functions
• Participate in continuous professional development

? Skills Crucial to Success in This Role!

• ?Keen interest in primary care physiotherapy work
• ??Proficient in written/spoken English with the ability to speak local languages and dialect
• ?Self-motivated with high initiative
• ?Good communication and interpersonal skills
• ?Computer literacy is required
• ?Willingness to travel to different polyclinics when necessary
• ?Ability to demonstrate and articulate sound clinical knowledge, critical thinking, judgement, and decision-making in the provision of care
• ????Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with genuine desire to make a difference

? Preferred Qualifications & Experience!

• ?Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy, recognised by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
• ?Accredited Full-registration by AHPC
• ?Experience in musculoskeletal, geriatrics, or chronic disease management preferred
