We are seeking a passionate and qualified Piano Teacher to join our music school. This role involves developing students' musical abilities, fostering a love for music, and preparing them for examinations and performances.

Key Responsibilities:

Personalized Instruction

: Deliver high-quality piano lessons tailored to each student's learning style, age, and skill level.

Progress Assessment

: Monitor and evaluate student development, offering constructive feedback and encouragement.

Performance Preparation

: Guide students in preparing for music exams (e.g., ABRSM), recitals, and competitions.

Collaborative Communication

: Maintain open and respectful communication with students, families, and colleagues.

Continuous Learning

: Stay informed about current teaching methods, music education trends, and inclusive practices.
Qualifications:

Education

: Minimum ABRSM Grade 8 in Piano (Practical and Theory) or equivalent certification.

Experience

: Prior teaching experience is preferred, especially with diverse age groups and learning needs. However, we welcome enthusiastic candidates who may be new to teaching but demonstrate strong musical ability, a willingness to learn, and a passion for education.

Skills

: Solid piano proficiency appropriate for teaching students across beginner to intermediate levels. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and needs. Patience, empathy, and a supportive approach to student development.
