Continuing education and workshop supportAs a member of our team, we\'ll provide you with continuing Pilates education and workshops, and provide opportunities for career progression, whether it\xe2\x80\x99s expanding your capability as an instructor, becoming a master trainer/educator, or managing others. We\'ll also provide you with a competitive compensation package, and get together for company social events and weekly workouts.If you\'ve completed a course in Mat & Reformer Pilates as well as Anatomy, Biomechanics and Posture analysis, and have some experience working as a Pilates teacher, we want to hear from you! • Should be competent at using a variety of functional equipment, including foam rollers, Pilates balls, bands, straps, blocks and other Pilates accessories. If you aren\xe2\x80\x99t we can support you with this as part of your continuing education.
• Are a passionate and energetic instructor with a genuine desire to help others improve their health and wellbeing.
• Are service-focused and willing to do \xe2\x80\x98whatever it takes\xe2\x80\x99 to exceed the customer\xe2\x80\x99s expectations.
• Possess strong communication skills, particularly soft skills \xe2\x80\x93 being able to demonstrate sensitivity and empathy as required is an important part of being a Pilates instructor.
• Support and subsidise your Pilates education and certification, and offer opportunity to continue to advance your career, whether it is expanding your capability as an instructor, becoming a master trainer / educator or managing others.

Certifications required:

• You must be certified in at least two Pilates repertoire (Mat and Reformer or Mat and CCB) with a modern Pilates method
• You must have good knowledge in anatomy and biomechanics.
• Certifications in modern Pilates is preferred.
• If you haven\'t completed some of the above, write to us, we will help you the rest of the way, including certifications if you aren\xe2\x80\x99t already.
