A day in the life of a Pilot Plant Technician\xe2\x80\xa6

• Work closely with specialists, project managers and experts to plan, execute, and follow up on trials/tests in relation to innovation and renovation of products/processes/systems
• Deliver pilot plant trials or logistics processes according to the defined request
• Execute regular tasks according to the defined standard. Share best practice in area of responsibilities
• Read and understand trial request related documents
• Record and transmit information
• Ownership on cleanliness and tidiness of the assigned working environment and equipment
• Contribute to operational reviews and problem-solving activities
• Follow relevant QSHE, Food safety procedures and standards

What will make you successful

• Minimum 2-5 years of R&D or/and operating/factory experience in the product category
• Practical experience within their areas of specialism e.g. factory experience, being part of operational teams
• Experience with trials/tests
• Up to date knowledge of quality, safety and hygiene and environment requirements
• NCE trained
• Exposure to different projects and support activities in the organization
