Your role Our major Oil & Energy Client is urgently looking for Piping Designer who will be responsible for performing 3D-modeling using PDMS for Piping and Mechanical Equipment. You will perform Your role Our major Oil & Energy Client is urgently looking for Piping Designer who will be responsible for performing 3D-modeling using PDMS for Piping and Mechanical Equipment. You will perform overall checking of the 3D model using Navisworks extracted from PDMS like clash checks, Safety, Soft Volumes, Escape & Transport Routes, Access & Material Handling Routes, Equipment modelling, Package modelling with required TP points, special items, Piping and Pipe supports. Check isometrics on the basis of the applicable isometric checking procedures, ensuring good quality of work Review/checking and updating PEFS base on As-Built onsite Coordinate to vendor PDMS administrator for Catalogue and Specs finalization Conduct site check to verify any discrepancy in vendor submitted documents specifically for the piping isometric and equipment Support inspection team for isometric drawing extraction. Prepare the updated inspection Isometric drawing for CUI, CUP, CML Deadleg, Injection / Mixing points Prepare PDMS grouping for In-service inspection for process piping's (CUI, CUP, CML, Deadleg, Injection / Mixing points) and then extracting to Navisworks software 3D model for another team to view and review Updates the isometric control system with relevant information Communicate to RBI engineer for required Piping Circuits Maintain and update all drawings, records and documentation within DMG office Ensure on time schedule is strictly followed and communicate to 3D modelling vendor Responsible to become knowledgeable of all relevant work processes, tools and instructions, and to apply them on the projects Performs other related tasks as assigned by the superiors. Adopts a cooperative attitude towards being assigned alternative or additional duties You are what we are looking for if you: Have minimum 10 years of relevant experience in piping drawing & piping designing in oil and gas/petrochemical/refinery Have minimum Mechanical Diploma Are proficient in Autocad Are proficient in PDMS or E-3D modeling experience
