Overall Job Scope: To assist the Pizza Chef to run the kitchen operations to prepare, cook and present authentic napoleon pizza menus. You will have an opportunity to learn from the Head Pizza Chef to develop and create menus.Responsibilities: Prepare dough preparation. Check, monitor, and ensure adequate supply at the pizza station. Prepare specific food items and fresh produce for the day's usage. Prepare the necessary ingredients for the day's supply. Follow the Pizza Head Chef's guidance and instruction on kitchen operations. Enforce strict hygiene standards and good food handling practices at all times. Undertake proper inventory management is in place and ensure stock taking and ordering of supplies are monitored at all times. Report to Superior on any discrepancies on food and produce freshness, qualities, and quantities of goods delivered. Improve the food preparation methods and base on feedback. Clean the pizza station and oven on shift. Assist in other areas of the kitchen when required.Requirement: At least 2 years of working experience in a kitchen environment in an F&B establishment. Minimum Secondary education or equivalent or culinary certification. Possess strong interpersonal skills. Acceptable written and verbal communication skills. Good working attitude and willingness to pick up new learning. Passionate in work and good goal focus. Fast learner and have an eye for details. Able to work under pressure. A good team player.
