Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide expert-level technical support for complex enterprise network environments. Design, implement, and optimize network solutions across various industries. Troubleshoot and resolve critical network issues, ensuring minimal downtime. Lead high-priority network projects, including Tech-Refresh initiatives and performing proof of concepts. Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and critical network escalations. Perform network maintenance, including security configurations, patches, and upgrades. Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability reviews on network infrastructure. Monitor and analyse network performance, recommending improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery Serve as the primary technical escalation point for complex network issues Provide detailed reports and presentations on network status and performance Extensive experience in enterprise-level network design, implementation, and troubleshooting Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative network solutions Excellent communication abilities, adept at explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences Proven track record of delivering high-quality network support in demanding environments Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging network technologies

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Engineering or related field 5+ years of experience in network engineering in medium to large organizations Expert knowledge of network technologies (routing, switching, firewalls, FTTH, SASE, SD-WAN) Proficiency in SD-WAN solutions, particularly Cisco Viptela and Palo Alto Panorama using Cloud and local deployments. Advanced certifications preferred (Cisco CCNP/CCIE, PCNSE/PCCSE certifications) Expert knowledge on deploying and troubleshooting BGP and OSPF networks Hands-on experience with various firewall/security technologies Strong skills in configuring and optimizing network devices for efficiency and security Proven project management and troubleshooting abilities Excellent communication and customer interaction skills Adaptable team player capable of working independently
