Job Description


Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customers' orders have processed & shipment on time fulfill customers' requirement.
  • Follow up, coordinate & expedite all commitments & deliveries to the customers on time.
  • To coordinate with freight forwarders on import & export shipment.
  • Schedule delivery order & production schedule daily.
  • Assist store assistant to monitor day to day stock movements & delivery orders fulfillment.
  • Maintenance updated delivery records between suppliers & in-house operations.
  • To involve in stock take activities.
  • Filing & keep proper documentation of ISO requirement.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities delegated by superior.
** Successful candidates will be provided on-the-job training. Requirements:
  • GCE O Level/Certificate/Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain /Business Admin or its equivalent.
  • Service-oriented, positive attitude & team player.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Initiative, hardworking & willing to learn.
  • Self-motivated and positive attitude toward superior instruction.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Able to start work immediately.
  • Comfortable to work at East area, Changi South.
