Roles & Responsibilities ROLES&RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily Update of Project /Operation Progress to immediate superior.
• To have and maintain good daily attendance and punctuality.
• To update team member at least 2 working days in advance before going for leave , in order to minimize downtime
• Attend complete orientation, introduction of superior, JSJD, clear scope of work and necessary drawing or documents on First day of work on site.
• Coordinate with client and other Contractors for the project interface activities.
• Liaise with site HSE personnel to ensure corporate policies, practices and procedure one met.
• Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan.
• Managing project scope and change control with commercial or without commercial impact.
• Monitor and ensure supervisor plan and instruct and monitor in DWI .
• Monitoring project progress and performance.
• Plan monthly works schedule and set productivity to be achieved.
• Prepare MSRA
• Prepare Tender Review Checklist Part 1,2&3, ATQ & Notice of Tender Inquiry & Tender submission.
• Prepare Vendor / Sub-Contractor Pre-qualification document & check list
• Prepare and update MRMS
• Project Planning, Progress Reports and Claims.
• Proposed training for worker on live cable handling.
• Providing status reports to the management.
• Request and plan min Two days in advance for full PPE(if applicable), schedule of SIC, site location and contact Personal on the first day of work.
• Responsible & accountable to ensure compliance with company, regulatory and client's policies and procedures. Ensure local regulations policies and procedures are incorporated into the business unit plan.
• Review and monitor construction activity schedule including the analysis of costs, progress and other productivity data.
